Join University Home Care Inc as an Experienced Medical Skilled Home Care Scheduling and Intake Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage scheduling and intake processes efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination of care for our clients in Livonia, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinser scheduling software and Careport, enabling effective management of medical skilled home care services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule skilled home care visits using Kinser software to optimize caregiver assignments and client needs.
  • Manage intake processes, including client data collection, verification, and entry into Careport systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing any client or caregiver concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the care management team to support patient care plans and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical skilled home care scheduling and intake.
  • Proficiency in using Kinser scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with Careport platform for client intake and data management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
