University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Workers in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves providing essential in-home care and support to clients to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
  • Ability to pass background checks and any necessary health screenings.
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
