University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Canton, MI. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed treatments
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Report changes in clients’ conditions and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Canton, MI
