You’re an exceptional communicator and natural relationship builder, with a passion for strategic engagement that makes a real impact. With a background in communications, business, or management, you bring hands-on experience in managing stakeholder relationships and crafting content that resonates across audiences and channels.

You can bring people together across teams, manage several relationships and priorities at once, and follow through on commitments. Your writing is clear and persuasive, whether you are preparing a stakeholder briefing, tailoring a message or explaining complex research projects to an external audience.

Experience with sponsorships, employer engagement or reputation initiatives would be valuable. Experience in a tertiary education or public sector environment would be an advantage. Most importantly, you bring energy, clarity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
