About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Banking & Fintech team in Belgrade. We need a product-minded designer who goes beyond visually appealing interfaces: someone who understands business goals, identifies user problems, challenges assumptions, and owns design solutions. You’ll work on complex financial products: banking interfaces, payment flows, transaction management, and merchant-facing platforms. We especially value designers who use AI tools daily to speed up exploration, prototyping, and iteration. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, hands-on fintech experience, and the ability to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions independently.
