Du liebst Skifahren, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und kannst sie für gutes Material begeistern. Bei uns bringst du genau das zusammen: Du findest den passenden Ski, betreust Skitests und machst aus einer überzeugenden Beratung einen erfolgreichen Verkauf.

Diesen eröffnen wir unseren MACH SKI Shop auf dem Hahnenmoos. Auf 1’957 Metern, mitten im Skigebiet Adelboden\-Lenk, prägst du den neuen Standort von Anfang an mit. MACH ist eine Schweizer Marke mit über zehn Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung eigener Ski. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer Manufaktur in den norditalienischen Alpen entstehen unsere Ski in aufwendiger Handarbeit und klassischer Sandwichbauweise, wie sie auch im Rennskibau eingesetzt wird. Unsere Schlitten werden vollständig in der Schweiz hergestellt.

Das bewegst du bei uns

Du berätst persönlich und verkaufst aktiv. Du fragst nach Fahrstil, Können und Wünschen, erklärst Unterschiede verständlich und empfiehlst passende Ski und Accessoires

Du betreust unsere Skitests. Du hilfst bei der Modellwahl, organisierst die Ausgabe und besprichst nach der Testfahrt, was überzeugt hat und welcher Ski passt.

Du kümmerst dich um die Vermietung. Von der Auswahl des Materials bis zur Rücknahme behältst du den Überblick und sorgst für einen unkomplizierten Ablauf

Du packst beim Service mit an. Du übernimmst Service und Wartung von Ski und Schlitten und sorgst mit dem Wachsservice für gut präpariertes Material.

Du denkst im Shop mit. Du präsentierst die Produkte ansprechend, erkennst, wo es dich braucht, und bringst Ideen ein, die Beratung und Verkauf besser machen.

Das bringst du mit

Freude am Skifahren und Interesse an Material und Technik. Du möchtest verstehen, wie sich unterschiedliche Ski auf der Piste anfühlen.

Verkaufsflair und ein offenes Auftreten. Du hörst aufmerksam zu, empfiehlst überzeugend und gehst den nächsten Schritt bis zum Kaufabschluss.

Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit. Du organisierst deine Aufgaben selbstständig und bleibst freundlich und aufmerksam, wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig etwas brauchen.

Eine Wohnmöglichkeit in Adelboden oder an der Lenk während der Wintersaison. ösisch\- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie der Führerausweis Kategorie B sind von Vorteil

Bei uns arbeitest du mitten im Skigebiet. Deine Gäste können die empfohlenen Ski gleich auf der Piste testen. Im neuen Shop übernimmst du von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst deine Ideen ein. Dein Alltag reicht von der Beratung und dem Verkauf bis zu Skitests, Vermietung und Service. Dazu bekommst du Mitarbeiterkonditionen auf alle Produkte.
