Assistente de Recursos Humanos Generalista

Objetivo do cargo

Apoiar os processos de Recursos Humanos e as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, contribuindo para a organização da área, o atendimento aos colaboradores e a execução das ações de gestão de pessoas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e retorno aos candidatos.
  • Organizar a documentação de admissão e acompanhar a integração de novos colaboradores.
  • Apoiar o controle de ponto, férias, benefícios, afastamentos e demais movimentações de pessoal.
  • Reunir e conferir informações para o processamento da folha de pagamento, em interface com a contabilidade ou empresa responsável.
  • Manter atualizados os cadastros, documentos e arquivos dos colaboradores, garantindo organização e sigilo.
  • Atender os colaboradores em dúvidas sobre benefícios, procedimentos e rotinas de RH, encaminhando demandas quando necessário.
  • Apoiar a organização de treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho e pesquisas de clima.
  • Auxiliar nas ações de comunicação interna, integração, reconhecimento e engajamento.
  • Atualizar planilhas e indicadores da área, como quadro de pessoal, vagas, admissões, desligamentos e absenteísmo.
  • Apoiar a revisão de procedimentos e a melhoria dos processos de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com rotinas de Recursos Humanos e apoio ao Departamento Pessoal.
  • Conhecimento básico em controle de ponto, benefícios e informações para folha de pagamento.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas do pacote Office.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
