Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist the founders in developing and executing business strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage key projects across different departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and handling communications.
  • Content Creation: Help create engaging content for Untrash’s social media, website, and other marketing channels, focusing on sustainability and the brand’s mission.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business performance data, track KPIs, and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Research: Conduct research on sustainability trends, industry best practices, and potential partnerships to support Untrash’s growth and development.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Qualifications :

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Deep interest in sustainability and environmental issues, with a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
