  • Maintain a consolidated view of SIT’s AML analytics portfolio, including initiatives, performance, risks, dependencies, decisions and intended outcomes.
  • Develop clear dashboards, management reports and insights to support portfolio oversight, prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Coordinate governance forums and maintain records of decisions, actions, owners, target dates, risks and issues.
  • Establish consistent templates and definitions for portfolio reporting, enhancement tracking and benefits measurement.
  • Consolidate model, investigation and operational information into concise and actionable management insights.
  • Act as SIT’s business coordination lead for requirements and change requests relating to the case management tool.
  • Engage SIT users to gather and translate operational needs into clear, structured and testable business requirements.
  • Coordinate prioritisation, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, user communication and post-deployment validation.
  • Track requirements and change requests through delivery, validation and closure, escalating material delays, defects and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with the wider AML Analytics Excellence & Integration Team to align governance, reporting and case-management changes with intelligence, model enhancement and portfolio priorities.
  • Maintain a central knowledge and lessons-learned repository to support transparency, continuity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Practical experience conducting AML investigations or supporting AML investigative and operational processes.
  • Experience in AML governance, management reporting, business analysis, programme coordination or change delivery.
  • Good understanding of AML investigations, data analytics models and case-management workflows.
  • Ability to consolidate complex information into clear management insights, dashboards and decision materials.
  • Experience gathering and translating user needs into structured, testable business requirements.
  • Familiarity with change-request management, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness and post-implementation validation.
  • Experience coordinating across business users, investigators, analytics, product, project and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex matters concisely to management.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting AML data analytics, model-enhancement or case-management initiatives.
  • Experience developing portfolio dashboards, governance reports and senior-management materials.
  • Experience preparing business requirements, acceptance criteria and user-testing materials.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, dashboarding or data-visualisation capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating system changes from requirements gathering through deployment and outcome review.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management, benefits tracking or portfolio-governance practices.
  • Relevant AML, financial crime, business analysis, project management, change management or data analytics certification would be advantageous.

Candidate Profile

  • The ideal candidate combines practical knowledge of AML investigations with strong governance, reporting, business-analysis and delivery-coordination capabilities.
  • The candidate should be able to transform complex portfolio, performance and operational information into clear insights that support management decisions. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
