Sobre a vaga O Grupo UPA Animal está contratando Recepcionista para atuar em seu hospital veterinário em Salvador/BA. A unidade será definida entre Bonfim, Paralela e São Rafael; informe no processo seletivo quais dessas unidades são viáveis para você.

Principais responsabilidades Receber e atender tutores e seus pets com cordialidade, presencialmente, por telefone e WhatsApp. Agendar consultas e exames e apoiar a organização do fluxo de atendimento. Cadastrar clientes e pacientes no sistema e manter os dados atualizados. Manter a recepção organizada e acolhedora. Apoiar a equipe veterinária nas rotinas de atendimento, mantendo uma comunicação clara e profissional. Atender com calma e atenção tutores que estejam passando por situações de urgência.

Jornada e remuneração De segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, e aos sábados, das 8h às 15h, com banco de horas e compensação. Salário de R$ 1.621,00, correspondente ao salário mínimo informado para a vaga, além de vale-transporte por dia trabalhado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisito obrigatório

Experiência comprovada em recepção ou atendimento ao público.

Perfil e habilidades

Educação, simpatia e cordialidade no atendimento a tutores e animais. Boa comunicação oral e escrita para interações presenciais, por telefone e WhatsApp. Postura profissional e cuidado com a apresentação pessoal. Calma, atenção e equilíbrio para lidar com situações de urgência. Organização e atenção ao registrar informações e acompanhar agendamentos.

Diferenciais

Experiência em clínica, hospital ou consultório. Afinidade com animais. Informática básica e familiaridade com sistemas de agendamento. Ensino médio completo.Informações adicionaisVale-transporte por dia trabalhado.
