- Install and terminate equipment such as switchgear, breakers, panels, motor controls, VFDs, and distribution systems.

- Support critical environments (when applicable) including UPS systems, generators, PDUs/RPPs, grounding/bonding, and high-reliability electrical infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with safety requirements including LOTO, arc-flash procedures, PPE use, and job hazard analysis.

- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet schedules and maintain workflow on active job sites.

- Document work performed, material usage, and field changes; communicate progress and issues promptly.

- Travel to regional/out-of-state sites as assigned (50%–75%), including occasional overnight stays and flexible scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements (50%–75%).

- Ability to work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and lift/carry materials as required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
