ABOUT THE ROLE

UpCodes has grown rapidly through product-led momentum, without the support of a fully built-out sales team. To build on this traction, we’re excited to hire an SDR who will play a central role in our go-to-market strategy.

You’ll work closely with AEs and the broader sales team to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and learn how to effectively prospect and qualify accounts. You’ll receive exposure to every part of the outbound motion while developing the skills and commercial judgment needed to grow into an AE role over time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities

- Execute outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn

- Contact and qualify potential customers

- Manage leads through the sales pipeline, including follow-up and appointment setting

- Partner closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, share context from discovery, and set them up for successful meetings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience

- Background in customer-facing or sales roles, with exposure to CRM platforms, is a plus

- A strong desire and willingness to learn and build as our product and processes evolve

- A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality

- Proven history of consistently exceeding goals and being a top performer in past roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A hustling mentality—no task is too small or too large
