The posting

Upfront komt naar Amsterdam! In december openen we onze eerste Foodstores in de stad, en we zijn op zoek naar het founding team die vanaf dag één mee gaan bouwen aan het succes van de winkels.

Upfront Foodstore

Na vijf jaar bouwen aan ons merk staan ze eindelijk. Onze eerste echte winkel: De Upfront Foodstore. Een compleet assortiment van ruim 200 betaalbare producten, zonder ultra-bewerkte voeding. Boodschappen doen tegenwoordig is een soort bingo geworden, je loopt door een reclamefolder heen en uiteindelijk eindig je met producten die je eigenlijk niet had willen kopen. Wij doen dat anders, en gaan daarmee terug naar de basis. We zetten alle producten tegen de muur aan in verticale banen, met groente en fruit laag in het midden. Hierdoor heb je in een keer het overzicht, de rust en het gemak om je boodschappen te doen. Alle producten zijn van ons eigen merk, zodat jij altijd weet wat je koopt.

Storemanager

In december openen we onze eerste Foodstores in Amsterdam. Jij wordt de storemanager van een van onze winkels. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor alles wat er in de Foodstore gebeurt, van het team en de omzet tot hoe de winkel erbij staat als om 8 uur de deuren opengaan. Je stuurt de assistent-storemanagers aan en rapporteert aan de regiomanager.

De ene dag sta je zelf op de vloer als het druk is en spring je achter de kassa. De andere dag zit je met roosters, voorraad en de cijfers van je winkel.

Onze winkels draaien als high-end horeca, maar dan in een winkel: hoog tempo, veel passie, een perfecte uitvoering en een team dat elke dienst er samen voor gaat.

Jouw sterke punten:

  • je bent een ervaren leider: je hebt eerder een team of winkel geleid en weet hoe je mensen laat groeien
  • je bent een ondernemer: je stuurt op omzet, kosten en planning, en ziet de winkel als je eigen zaak
  • je bent een bouwer: een nieuwe winkel openen en een team vanaf nul neerzetten geeft je energie
  • je hebt oog voor detail: je zet de standaard en bewaakt hem, elke dienst weer
  • je bent merk- en productambassadeur: je gelooft in de missie en de producten van Upfront

Voor deze rol woon je in of rond Amsterdam en werk je fulltime (40 uur).
