The posting

UPgemerkt is nog maar net gestart. Maar onze marketingervaring gaat al een pak langer mee. Na een succesvolle marketingaanpak voor NRG-TEC en Qualibuild besloten we om onze kennis ook in te zetten voor andere ondernemingen. Zo ontstond UPgemerkt: een nieuw marketingbureau uit Lichtervelde waar performance en content samenwerken om bedrijven te helpen groeien. Nu zoeken we iemand die vanaf het begin mee zijn of haar schouders onder dat verhaal wil zetten.

Wat je doet

  • Je vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen van onze klanten naar een concrete performance-strategie: doelgroepen, kanalen, campagnes en conversiedoelstellingen.
  • Je denkt mee over het aanbod en de volledige funnel, en bepaalt wat een kwaliteitsvolle lead is.
  • Je bouwt, beheert en optimaliseert campagnes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager en ChatGPT Ads.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten en doelstellingen, en test doelgroepen, advertenties, boodschappen en biedstrategieën.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte conversiemeting en tracking met GA4, Google Tag Manager en Looker Studio.
  • Je maakt resultaten inzichtelijk in dashboards en spoort trackingproblemen op.
  • Je kijkt verder dan CTR, CPC en CPL, en koppelt campagnes aan leadkwaliteit en commerciële resultaten.
  • Je spot kansen om landingspagina's en conversiepaden te verbeteren.

Wat we zoeken

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in performance marketing, met Google Ads en Meta Ads die weinig geheimen voor je hebben.
  • Je denkt strategisch én commercieel.
  • Je laat data liever spreken dan je buikgevoel.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en experimenteert graag.
  • Je neemt ownership over je werk en je resultaten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar even graag samen met andere marketingspecialisten.
  • En misschien het belangrijkste: je bent ambitieus. Wij hebben grootse plannen en zoeken iemand die daar goesting in heeft.
  • Kennis van server-side tracking, Conversion API, CRM-koppelingen of offline conversies geeft je meteen een streepje voor.
