The posting

  • Je versterkt ons IT Operations team als het aanspreekpunt voor complexere IT-vraagstukken.
  • Je fungeert als tweedelijns support en escalatiepunt voor het support-team: de moeilijkere tickets landen bij jou en jij zorgt dat ze structureel worden opgelost — niet enkel gepatcht.
  • Concreet betekent dit: beheer van endpoints, accounts en toegangen, het bewaken van de IT-continuïteit en onze SLA's, en het coachen en ondersteunen van de eerstelijnscollega's.
  • Je hebt een neus voor terugkerende problemen. Waar anderen een ticket sluiten, zie jij een patroon — en pak je het aan de wortel aan.
  • Je denkt en handelt steeds in functie van onze 'stakeholder intimacy strategy' en je communiceert steeds klantgericht, zowel intern als naar onze eindgebruikers.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan kennisoverdracht binnen het team: jij tilt de kwaliteit van de support structureel omhoog zodat de dagelijkse IT-werking stabiel blijft terwijl het team verder groeit.
  • Je rapporteert aan Sandra, onze Head of IT Delivery.
  • Wie IT hoort, denkt aan tickets en helpdesks — maar ons team gaat een stap verder.
  • Wij zijn de technologische ruggengraat van Upgrade Estate: van slimme gebouwsystemen en wifi-uitrol tot AI-agents en dataplatformen.
  • Ons team bestaat uit echte vakspecialisten die vanuit ownership werken — geen "over de haag gooien", maar samen eigenaar zijn van het resultaat.
