Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar como Supervisor de Vendas, em Feira de Santana (BA). O candidato será responsável por liderar uma equipe de promotores de vendas, garantindo o alcance das metas de vendas e a satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a equipe de promotores, orientando e acompanhando as atividades de vendas;
  • Definir estratégias de vendas e metas a serem alcançadas;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e oferecendo suporte necessário;
  • Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhamento de objetivos e resultados;
  • Garantir a qualidade no atendimento ao cliente e a satisfação com os produtos e serviços oferecidos;
  • Elaborar relatórios de performance e apresentar resultados para a diretoria.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência anterior na área de vendas, preferencialmente no segmento de produtos ou serviços;
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes de vendas;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas;
  • Ensino superior completo (preferencialmente) em áreas relacionadas;
  • Possuir veículo próprio;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e habilidade em resolução de problemas.
