UpPass is No-code Verification and Onboarding Workflow that helps Financial Institutions, Fintech, Micro Finance, and Insurance build their customer onboarding flow that prevent identity frauds and extract various verification data within 10 clicks.

We are seeking Senior Product Owner to drive Go-To-Market Strategy in South East Asia and find the path of Product Market Fit that will help the product scale. As the Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading UpPass scrum team to ship products, create digital content marketing to drive organic traffic, collecting insights from competitive landscape and customers' feedback, inform product requirement roadmap, and work with the Chief Product Officer to create world class user onboarding experience with product-led growth in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UpPass scrum to build UpPass product
  • Write/ create content that builds the awareness, differentiate, and educate target users about UpPass and the RegTech / Fintech landscape. The content should be SEO optimized.
  • Research and list UpPass product on various deals, product reviews, and relevant growth hackers & marketers sites such as Dealify, DealMirror, Trustpilot, Dribbble, Pinterest, etc.
  • Make UpPass present in the main stream online news
  • Active on Quora and Reddit
  • Find a way to collect customer feedback and inform insights and product opinion
  • Define Go-to-Market Strategy for each roll out in the new country
  • Identify the winner / losers to inform the product pricing strategy
  • Liasing with the development team, UX/UI, and marketing agency

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or experience is lieu of bachelors
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Exceptional ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
  • Experience with developing product roadmaps and end-to-end management of product lifecycle
  • Proficient in English (both written and speaking)
  • Ability to develop strong customer relations and feedback channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and make data informed decision
  • Experience in Identity Verification space /Fintech/ Regtech / Insurtech is a plus
