I Upplands-Bro kommun är vi cirka 2000 medarbetare som arbetar med att ge våra invånare och besökare bästa möjliga service och upplevelse av kommunen. Hos oss är du med och bygger en kommun där helhetssyn, engagemang och professionalitet genomsyrar organisationen och tillsammans arbetar vi med att utföra det gemensamma samhällsuppdraget. Arbetsbeskrivning Som stödassistent arbetar du nära våra hyresgäster för att stödja och främja deras självbestämmande, delaktighet och självständighet. Du ger stöd i den dagliga livsföringen, inklusive personlig omvårdnad, matlagning, inköp och med hemmets skötsel. Du upprättar och följer genomförandeplaner utifrån biståndsbeslutet enligt IBIC (Individens Behov i Centrum). Tillsammans med kollegor och brukaren skapar du struktur i vardagen och arbetar med social träning samt motivationshöjande aktiviteter. En viktig del av rollen är dokumentation och samverkan med både interna och externa aktörer för att säkerställa en kontinuerlig och kvalitativ insats. Du bidrar även aktivt till enhetens kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete genom reflektion och diskussion kring professionellt bemötande och metodutveckling. Vi söker dig som har: Har relevant utbildning för tjänsten eller arbetslivserfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig Har förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift samt har god datorvana. Är strukturerad, lösningsfokuserad och kan arbeta både självständigt och i grupp. Är trygg i dig själv och har en personlig mognad som skapar förtroende och tillit. Har förmåga att möta människor i kris. Har ett aktivt medarbetarskap och bidrar gärna till enhetens utvecklingsarbete. Har B-körkort.

Om tjänsten Vi söker 7 stödassistenter till vårt team. Tjänsterna är tillsvidareanställningar, provanställning kan komma att tillämpas. Arbetet är schemalagt och innefattar dag-, kvälls-, jour- och helgarbete.
