Om Uppstuk

Uppstuk kopplar samman studenter och företag genom utbildningsrelevanta uppdrag där både studenter och företag växer tillsammans. Genom våra affärsområden Tech, Life och Business får studenter verklig erfarenhet genom skarpa uppdrag under studietiden, samtidigt som företag stärker sin verksamhet med framtidens kompetens.

Om rollen

Det här är mer än en traditionell roll som Ekonomiansvarig.

Du får, med stöd av en erfaren ekonomichef, ansvaret för företagets löpande ekonomi, redovisning och administrativa struktur. Rollen innebär ett stort eget ansvar och ett nära samarbete med ledningen.

Rollen är utformad som ett kvalificerat extrajobb och anpassad för att kunna kombineras med dina studier. Här får du möjlighet att omsätta dina kunskaper i praktiken, utvecklas i takt med din utbildning och successivt ta ett allt större ansvar.

Vi söker dig som har en grund att stå på inom ekonomi och redovisning och som vill fortsätta utvecklas i en roll där du får möjlighet att växa, både professionellt och personligt.

Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med erfarna personer inom entreprenörskap, ekonomi, digital marknadsföring och rekrytering – en utvecklande miljö för dig som är nyfiken, tar initiativ och vill växa.

Ekonomiansvaret blir din huvudsakliga uppgift, men rollen är flexibel och kan utvecklas utifrån dina intressen, styrkor och långsiktiga mål.

Exempel på arbetsområden

  • Löpande redovisning och ekonomihantering.
  • Fakturering, betalningar och ekonomisk uppföljning.
  • Bidra till struktur och utveckling av ekonomiprocesser.

  • Studerar ekonomi på eftergymnasial nivå och har en grundläggande förståelse för redovisning och ekonomihantering.
  • Tycker om att skapa struktur och ordning och trivs när saker fungerar.
  • Tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och driver dem framåt på ett självständigt sätt.
  • Är initiativtagande, positiv och nyfiken med en vilja att fortsätta utvecklas.
  • Trivs i en miljö där du arbetar nära verksamheten och får lära av erfarna kollegor.

Vi tror även att du har

  • Grundläggande kunskaper inom redovisning och ekonomihantering.
  • God administrativ förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Det är ett extra plus om du...

  • Har arbetat i Fortnox.
  • Har erfarenhet av löpande redovisning.
  • Har goda kunskaper i Excel eller Google Kalkylark.
  • Har engagerat dig i en studentförening, ideell organisation eller annan verksamhet där du haft ett ansvar.

  • Deltid med varierande antal timmar beroende på rollens utformning.
  • Rollen är anpassad för att fungera vid sidan av studier.
  • Flexibel arbetsplats med möjlighet att arbeta både från vårt kontor i Uppsala och hemifrån.
  • Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
