Om rollen och arbetsuppgifter

Som kontorsadministratör/assistent kommer du att jobba på plats hos kunden på deras kontor i Ultuna, mitt emot SLU. Du är spindeln i nätet. Du hanterar inköp av kontorsmaterial, rutiner och att komma med förslag på hur kontorsmiljön generellt kan bli bättre och ännu mer attraktiv. Du får du foten in på ett intressant och innovativt företag med stora möjligheter till utveckling och nätverksbyggande! Arbetsuppgifterna varierar och kan vara: - Hålla koll på och beställa kontorsmaterial inklusive möbler, blommor etc. - Se till att skrivare, scanner etc fungerar och har bläck etc. - Sätta ihop möbler, skruva upp tavlor - Skriva reseräkningar och utläggsräkningar - Scanna in dokument och hjälpa till med att lägga in data i filer - Beställa kaffe, luncher. - se till att pappersinsamling etc sköts - plocka i och ur diskmaskin ifall det behövs - Exakta arbetsuppgifter kan även bero på vem du är och din erfarenhet.

Vem är du?

För att passa in i denna roll ser vi att du är initiativtagande och självgående. Arbetet kräver att du är noggrann, strukturerad och inte rädd för att fråga och ta egna initiativ. Vi ser vidare att du är kreativ och kommer gärna med förslag på lösningar. Om du har ett intresse för miljö- och vattenteknik samt global hållbarhet är det ett stort plus då det är det som våra medarbetare brinner för.

Viktigt för rollen:

  • Att du studerar på ett universitet, SLU är meriterande.
  • Är flexibel, har ett öga för saker som behöver göras och kan ta initiativ
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift
  • Kan arbeta strukturerat och hantera administration i vanliga officeprogram.

Det är meriterande ifall du har:

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift
  • Läser en utbildning med koppling till miljö- och vattenteknik
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom service och/eller administration
  • Har B-körkort.
