The posting

Rattaché(e) au Directeur du service, vous êtes en charge de :

-Conduire des projets/programmes permettant le déploiement de la démarche d’amélioration continue UPSA basée sur la TPM.

-Contribuer à la transformation de la culture afin de développer l’autonomie des équipes, leur adhésion au plan industriel et leur excellence relationnelle et managériale.

-Promouvoir une culture holistique de la performance (SQDCEM).

-Accompagner la transformation culturelle au travers de programmes managériaux.

-Analyser la performance globale des processus et des organisations au sein des opérations industrielles et proposer des plans d’actions alimentant le plan stratégique Opérations.

-Développer, faire vivre et améliorer des processus de travail, outils et méthodes en équipe pluridisciplinaires.

-Anime et dirige le pilier Compétences et Formation.

-Accompagner, coacher, former et être garant du niveau des équipes encadrantes opérationnelles sur les aspects d’amélioration continue.

-Manager son équipe au quotidien.

Profil recherché :

Niveau de diplôme : De formation Ingénieur, Pharmacien avec une expérience de 10 ans minimum en industrie pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou agroalimentaire, à des fonctions opérationnelles (production, supply chain, excellence opérationnelle) avec 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Manager d’équipes production, supply chain ou maintenance.

Avec également une solide expérience en amélioration continue (WCM, TPM, Lean Six sigma, HPWS...) et dans l’utilisation des outils CI : PDCA, RCA, 5S, SMED, Kobetsu Kaizen...

L’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste (lu / écrit & parlé).

Acteur de la conduite de changement. Solides aptitudes à la médiation et aux compétences de communication. Compétences pratiques de coach et de formateur pour accompagner la montée en compétences. Capacité à faire des connections externes pour benchmarking. Leadership transversal & orienté résultats sont toutes les qualités recherchées sur ce poste.
