  • Build, maintain and continuously optimize the supplier base to support current and future business needs.
  • Take ownership of operational procurement activities within assigned categories, ensuring efficient execution of the purchase-to-pay process.
  • Review and validate purchase requisitions, ensuring clarity of specifications, budget alignment and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Ensure timely order placement, delivery tracking and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure on-time supply.
  • Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness) and initiate corrective actions if required to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key interface between suppliers and internal functions (e.g. Facility, IT, Production), ensuring alignment and issue resolution.
  • Identify supply risks and operational bottlenecks, escalating critical issues and ensuring mitigation actions are implemented.
  • Ensure all sourcing and procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or category sourcing within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to both strategic sourcing and operational execution.

  • Familiar with contract law, incoterms, invoicing, service level agreements.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal departments and external suppliers. Practical skills to handle multiple tasks/projects with time/priority planning.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
