We're hiring an experienced Physical Therapist who's ready to build culture, develop people and grow a clinic that patients and referral sources trust.

What You'll Do as Clinic Director

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of PTs, PTAs and support staff
  • Drive clinic performance, patient outcomes and the patient experience
  • Build strong relationships with local providers and referral sources
  • Carry a patient caseload with individualized, evidence-based care
  • Create a culture of learning, accountability and fun

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
  • Outpatient experience; leadership experience preferred
