1. 参与定义火箭设计数据体系与数字总体主线，统一三维模型、BOM、关键参数、技术要求、仿真/试验数据的编码、版本与关联规则，打通 CAD、PLM、MES、试验数据链路。 2. 制定数据标准与质量规则，将设计数据、生产数据加工为结构化数据、特征库、知识图谱和服务接口，建立完整、一致、准确、及时、可追溯等质量指标并实施治理。 3. 构建性能/状态预测、设计—制造映射、参数优化、知识规则、调度等智能模型算法，持续部署与优化模型，定义输入输出、精度指标与验证方式，建立训练、评测、部署、监控、迭代流程。 4. 深入现场核验设计数据与实际产品、制造过程、试验结果的一致性，推动数据标准和模型迭代，实现运筹策略优化模型部署。 5. 与 AR、视觉、仿真、数字化团队定义接口与回传机制，推动数据和模型在装配、检验、运维、智能决策落地。 6. 参与数字样机、数字孪生、智能决策平台建设，沉淀数据资产、模型资产与标准。

1. 硕士学历，航空航天、自动化、智能制造、计算机、数学/统计、运筹等相关专业。 2. 熟悉三维设计数据、BOM、MBOM、工艺与试验数据，理解设计、仿真、制造、试验之间的关联逻辑。 3. Python/SQL 数据处理、知识图谱或数字主线建模、强化学习、机器学习/统计建模、仿真模型构建中至少具备两项。 4. 有将设计数据转化为结构化、可计算数据的完整经验，能定义数据标准、质量指标、模型评价指标并推动落地。 5. 具备扎实的数理、力学、物理、材料基础，能拆解复杂问题。 6. 具备跨团队协同、业务转译与现场沟通能力。 7. 优先：CAD/PLM 二次开发、数字孪生、仿真软件、机器学习或深度学习项目、航空航天背景。
