1、负责公司内部系统的日常监控、巡检、故障响应及应急处理，保障系统稳定运行。 2、深入理解业务场景，收集并分析内部用户反馈，协同业务团队进行系统功能迭代、缺陷修复及体验优化。 3、执行系统版本发布、灰度验证及配置管理，确保上线过程平滑可控。 4、编写和维护系统操作手册、FAQ知识库及故障复盘报告，组织内部用户培训与赋能。 5、通过SQL查询与数据分析，监控系统关键业务指标，识别流程瓶颈并提出改进建议。 6、负责系统权限管理、数据安全合规检查及基础数据维护工作。

1、学历要求：2027年应届硕士，计算机、软件工程、信息管理或相关专业. 2、技术基础 1）熟悉Linux操作系统常用命令及网络基础知识。 2）熟练掌握SQL语言，能独立进行复杂数据查询与分析。 3）掌握至少一门脚本语言（Python/Shell/Java等），具备基本的代码阅读或脚本编写能力。 4）了解主流数据库、中间件及微服务架构的基本原理。 3、综合素质： 1）具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题分析能力，对数据敏感。 2）拥有良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识，善于跨部门协作与需求转化。 3）文档撰写能力佳，工作细致严谨，责任心强。 4）抗压能力强，能适应自研系统快速迭代的工作节奏。 4、加分项 1）有企业内部系统实习经历或相关项目经验者优先。 2）在校期间参与过开源项目或有技术博客/GitHub作品者优先。
