1. 深入理解产品需求与设计文档，参与需求评审，从可测性角度提出改进建议，参与测试计划制定。 2. 负责测试用例的设计、编写和评审，运用黑盒/白盒测试方法保障测试覆盖度与测试有效性。 3. 执行功能测试、集成测试、回归测试，详细记录测试结果，使用缺陷管理工具精准提交和跟踪Bug，推动问题解决。 4. 参与自动化测试脚本的编写、调试与维护，将自动化应用于回归测试、冒烟测试等场景，提升测试效率。 5. 协助完成测试环境搭建、测试数据准备与维护，保障测试工作顺利开展。 6. 参与接口测试、性能测试等专项测试实践，定位并协助开发团队复现与解决问题。 7. 编写及维护测试报告、操作手册等相关技术文档，沉淀测试方法论与最佳实践。 8. 参与技术分享与质量复盘，主动沟通协同，持续提升产品质量与团队测试能力。

1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。 2. 掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，对数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统有一定理解。 3. 掌握软件测试基础理论，熟悉黑盒测试用例设计方法（等价类划分、边界值分析、场景法、错误推测法等）。 4. 掌握至少一门编程语言（Python/Java/JavaScript），具备良好的编码能力，能编写基础自动化脚本。 5. 了解HTTP/HTTPS协议，掌握SQL基础操作，了解Linux常用命令。 6. 了解接口测试与自动化测试基本概念，对测试工作有热情，具备良好的质量意识。 7. 逻辑思维清晰，责任心强，耐心细致，具备优秀的问题分析与定位能力。 8. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，学习能力强。
