1. 负责火箭/动力产品电气系统设计，包含系统设计，板级设计，layout 2. 负责程序编写，包括HAL层，Driver层，算法层，负责算法实现和使用； 3. 负责器件选型，WCA分析，应力分析，故障识别和薄弱点。 4. 各类低速和高速接口的设计和实现。

1. 硕士研究生学历，电气工程、自动化、仪器科学等相关专业； 2. 熟悉传感器选型与数据采集系统，具备信号处理能力，学过信号与系统，理解nyquist，bode等； 3. 具备基础嵌入式开发能力，了解常用通信接口与协议； 4. 具备现场响应、跨团队协同、熟悉嵌入式软硬件DEBUG的流程； 5. 会使用各类仪器，包括万用表，示波器，信号发生器等； 6. 有自动控制系统的经验，包括稳定性，lyapunov，根轨迹，闭环零极点的概念，知道基本串联校正，理解PID等 7. 有FPGA或ARM的开发经验，写过至少5000行以上的程序 8. 加分项：有竞赛经验优先，有测控系统搭建或调试经验者优先。
