1. 参与企业级软件系统总体部署架构设计与技术选型评估，负责软硬件资源规划（服务器、网络、存储、云资源），输出系统架构方案与部署方案。 2. 参与系统与上下游业务系统、平台、设备间的集成方案设计与实施，负责接口联调与数据打通，保障系统间高效协同。 3. 负责开发、测试、生产环境的规划、搭建与配置管理，保障各环境的一致性与规范性。 4. 参与系统性能分析与调优，定位操作系统、网络、数据库、中间件、应用服务等层面的性能瓶颈，推动系统持续优化。 5. 参与监控可观测体系建设，完善监控指标、日志与链路追踪；参与容量规划与高可用方案设计，提前发现并规避潜在风险。 6. 参与故障应急响应与根因分析，编写应急预案与故障复盘报告，配合开发团队解决线上问题，推动系统架构持续演进。 7. 参与CI/CD流水线、自动化脚本与基础设施即代码（IaC）建设，提升交付效率与操作规范性。 8. 参与系统安全基线建设，负责安全加固、漏洞修复与合规检查；编写系统架构文档、操作手册，沉淀最佳实践并开展技术分享。

1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解操作系统原理、计算机网络与计算机体系结构，对数据结构、算法有一定理解。 3. 熟练掌握Linux操作系统，理解进程管理、内存管理、文件系统、I/O等核心机制，熟练使用常用命令。 4. 深入理解TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP、HTTPS等常见网络协议，具备网络问题分析与排查能力。 5. 掌握Shell/Python至少一种脚本语言，具备良好的编程能力与自动化意识；了解MySQL、Redis、Nginx等常见数据库与中间件的基本原理。 6. 了解Docker容器化技术、CI/CD流程与虚拟化/云计算基本概念，了解系统性能分析的基本方法（CPU、内存、I/O、网络等分析工具的使用）。 7. 对系统技术有热情，具备强烈的责任心与抗压能力，具备优秀的系统性思考、问题分析与定位能力。 8. 具备良好的沟通协作能力与团队协作精神，能与开发、测试、产品团队高效协同。
