1. 负责试验时序数据的采集接入、清洗、存储与规范化治理，保障数据质量与一致性； 2. 基于SQL与Python开发数据处理流程，完成时序数据的解析、特征提取与建模分析； 3. 设计并维护数据模型与元数据体系，推动数据标准、数据资产目录落地； 4. 搭建数据质量监控与校验机制，识别异常数据并推动问题闭环； 5. 配合仿真、测控等方向，为仿真与试验对照分析提供高质量数据支撑。 6. 参与试验数据平台与数据底座建设，支撑后续AI分析、模型校准与知识沉淀。

1. 硕士研究生学历，计算机、数据科学等相关专业背景； 2. 熟练使用SQL与Python，具备时序数据处理与数据建模能力； 3. 理解数据治理工程，熟悉数据标准、元数据管理、数据质量等核心环节； 4. 具备良好的数据敏感度与工程落地能力，能独立推进数据治理项目； 5. 具备业务理解、跨部门推动与沟通表达能力，能把数据标准真正落到试验与仿真流程中； 6. 加分项：有航空航天/汽车/工业试验或物联网时序数据治理项目经验者优先、有竞赛经验者优先。
