1. 深入理解制造业业务场景与用户需求，通过用户访谈、问卷调研、数据分析等方式挖掘核心痛点，输出有洞察力的需求分析报告。 2. 跟踪行业动态与竞品，完成竞品分析与市场研究，输出调研结论并转化为可落地的产品迭代建议。 3. 负责产品功能规划与设计，撰写清晰、完整、可执行的PRD文档，绘制业务流程图与产品原型。 4. 协同设计、开发、测试团队推进需求落地，跟进需求评审、开发排期、验收上线全流程，把控项目进度与交付质量。 5. 产品上线后跟踪核心数据与用户反馈，进行效果评估与复盘，持续提出优化方案并推动落地。 6. 维护产品文档与需求池，沉淀产品方法论，助力团队知识沉淀与效率提升。 7. 与运营、实施、客户成功等团队紧密配合，支撑业务目标达成。

1. 统招本科及以上学历，硕士优先，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等理工科专业。 2. 对ToB业务系统、工业软件有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入理解生产制造、仓储、质量等复杂业务流程，有自己的思考与见解。 3. 逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的结构化思考、表达与文档撰写能力，能独立完成需求分析与方案输出。 4. 具备良好的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、验证假设。 5. 能熟练使用主流原型设计工具，可将需求高效转化为清晰的原型表达。 6. 了解产品实施全流程，包括市场分析、需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、用户研究和可用性测试等。 7. 具备强烈的责任心和上进心，良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力。 8. 对ToB产品、工业软件领域有浓厚兴趣，热衷于通过产品解决真实业务问题，具备优秀的学习能力与自驱力。
