岗位职责 1. 需求分析与指标分解：参与飞行器系统的用户需求、技术需求分析，协助完成需求文档（SRS）编写；将总体技术指标分解至分系统，确保分系统指标与总体目标一致。 2. 总体方案设计与论证：协助开展飞行器总体方案设计，包括构型设计、分系统接口定义、质量特性（重量、重心、转动惯量）计算、功耗预算、寿命与可靠性规划等；参与方案可行性论证，提供技术支持，输出总体设计方案报告。 3. 接口管理与协调：负责飞行器分系统间的接口定义与管控，编写接口控制文件（ICD）；协调各分系统研发团队（结构、热控、电子、通信等），解决接口设计、集成过程中的技术冲突，保障分系统间兼容匹配。 4. 系统集成与测试支持：参与飞行器集成流程制定，协助开展分系统单机联调、电性能测试、环境试验（高低温、振动、冲击）等过程的技术支持；跟踪测试数据，分析测试异常，配合团队定位并解决总体层面的技术问题。 5. 文档编制与技术评审：编写飞行器总体相关技术文档，包括总体设计报告、分系统技术要求、测试大纲、总结报告等；参与公司内部及外部（如客户、评审机构）的技术评审会，汇报总体设计思路与进展，接收评审意见并推动整改。 6. 技术跟踪与创新研究：跟踪国内外飞行器总体技术发展趋势（如轻量化设计、高可靠性技术、新型平台），收集行业前沿动态；协助开展飞行器总体技术创新研究，参与技术预研项目，为公司产品迭代提供技术储备。

任职要求 1. 学历与专业：航天工程、航空宇航科学与技术、飞行器设计与工程、电子信息工程、通信工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历 2. 专业知识：掌握飞行器总体设计基础理论，了解飞行器平台分系统（结构、热控、姿轨控、供配电）与载荷分系统的工作原理；熟悉飞行器研发流程（需求分析 - 方案设计 - 集成测试 - 发射交付），了解航天产品可靠性、安全性设计要求者优先。 3. 技能要求：具备一定的工程计算能力，能使用相关工具进行简单的性能分析、参数计算；熟悉绘图软件，或飞行器总体设计相关工具者优先；具备良好的文档编写能力，能清晰梳理技术逻辑、撰写技术报告。 4. 素质要求：具备较强的逻辑思维能力、问题分析能力，能从总体视角协调分系统技术问题；具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能与不同专业研发团队高效配合；对商业航天有浓厚兴趣，有较强的学习能力、抗压能力，愿意投身航天产品研发工作。
