1、协同工艺、设计进行质量问题的调查、分析、处理，落实改进措施； 2、监督、指导检验员的工作，为其提供质量技术方面的支持及适当的指导和反馈； 3、收集、统计、分析质量相关数据，把控产品质量趋势，确保产品质量满足要求； 4、组织制定质量目标，编制质量改进计划，并跟踪改进措施落实情况，保证公司管理体系的有效运行； 5、组织进行公司质量管理体系年度内审、外审，以及管理评审相关工作； 6、质量管理体系的维护，流程的梳理优化，文件修订、培训、执行监督； 7、组织进行产品质量评审、质量分析、专题质量会等会议；/8、质量记录、质量证明文件的收集整理，归档； 9、领导交办的其他临时性事务。

1. 本科以上学历； 2. 机械、电气自动化等理工科相关专业； 3. 三年以上相关工作经验； 4. 熟练掌握GJB9001C标准以及军工标准，具备内审员资质优先; 5. 熟练使用质量改善工具，如七大手法等； 6. 熟悉统计控制过程分析工具，熟练使用常见分析方法；； 7. 工作积极、主动，有较强的执行力，抗压能力强。
