Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

Ben jij op zoek naar een veelzijdige commerciële functie in een internationaal groeiend bedrijf?

In deze nieuwe rol ondersteun je onze vestiging bij het afhandelen van alle klantverzoeken die binnenkomen via telefoon, mail en onze website. Je vertaalt de behoefte van de klant naar heldere commerciële afspraken en concrete opdrachten voor ons operationele team en werkt nauw samen met ons Outside Sales Team.

Onder je verantwoordelijkheden vallen onder andere:

  • Offertes opstellen
  • Zoek naar mogelijkheden voor upselling en cross-selling van andere producten
  • After sales service
  • Herkennen van extra verkoopkansen bij de klant en deze signaleren aan de verkooporganisatie
  • Relevante gegevens loggen in onze systemen en onderhouden van de lokale klantendatabase
  • Assisteren van het verkoopteam met vooraf gespecificeerde taken voor grote actieve accounts of complexe projecten

Wie ben jij?

  • MBO niveau bij voorkeur in een technische of commerciële richting;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met telefonische klantenservice, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring in de verhuurbranch is een pré
  • Affiniteit met techniek
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Uitstekende computervaardigheden, o.a. MS Office

Ben je 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar, dan horen we graag van jou!
