I gränslandet mellan butik, deli och restaurang testar vi nya idéer, råvaror och upplevelser tillsammans med partners och branschkollegor. Vi driver utvecklingen mot en mer hållbar, godare och roligare matkultur i Stockholm och vidare ut i världen.

Vi finns på Nytorget, Sveavägen och i Hagastaden och är omkring 300 kollegor. Urban Deli är en del av Axfood-koncernen och har ett tydligt uppdrag: att accelerera resan mot prisvärd, bra och hållbar mat.

Om rollen I rollen som Front of House bemannar du våra olika arbetsstationer: restaurang, deli, bar och butik beroende på var behovet ligger för dagen och stunden.

Som front of house är du en viktig del av gästupplevelsen. Du välkomnar gästen när den kommer, tar hand om gästen under besöket och tackar för besöket när gästen lämnar. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på vilken station du bemannar för tillfället – från att plocka upp spännande varor i butiken, servera god mat i restaurangen, göra en schysst bagel i delin eller skaka en smarrig drink i baren.

Du rapporterar till chef i butik, kök eller restaurang (beroende på vilken roll du har) och arbetar tillsammans med dina kollegor för att skapa minnesvärda besök för alla våra gäster.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har ett genuint intresse för service, mat och människor
  • Har erfarenhet från arbete inom restaurang, gärna från olika roller
  • Är positiv, social och trivs i en fartfylld miljö
  • Är flexibel och gillar variation i arbetsuppgifter
  • Tar ansvar och har en god samarbetsförmåga
  • Är lösningsorienterad och behåller lugnet även när tempot är högt
