Om tjänsten

Urban Partners söker nu en juriststudent till Group Legal, som kommer att assistera vår juridiska avdelning med ett brett spektrum av uppgifter. Group Legal består idag av 12 jurister, varav tre är placerade i Stockholm. Tillsammans levererar teamet en mängd olika tjänster till våra investeringsstrategier, över flera affärsområden och länder.

Som juriststudent hos Urban Partners får du möjlighet att bredda dina kunskaper inom bolagsrätt, affärsjuridik och Private Equity i en internationell miljö. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår exempelvis:

  • Granska och upprätta avtal och legala dokument
  • Administrativ support till Group Legal och Corporate Functions
  • Biträda vid legal rådgivning till Urban Partners globala investeringsstrategier

Arbetstiden är i genomsnitt 15-20 timmar i veckan men vi är flexibla så att det passar för dig vid tentor och föreläsningar.

Startdatum är Januari 2027 och intervjuer kommer att hållas löpande till dess att tjänsten är tillsatt.

Din profil

  • Du studerar juridik (jur.kand.) och läser termin 3-6
  • Du kan arbeta självständigt, är noggrann och kan leverera i tid
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbete är meriterande men inte ett krav
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
