En Urbaser potenciamos el valor de los recursos del planeta cada día, para construir un mañana más sostenible. Somos líderes en la gestión y en el tratamiento de residuos, desarrollando actividades de diseño y financiación. Además, nos encargamos de la construcción, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de instalaciones de tratamiento y reciclaje, tratamiento mecánico biológico, valorización energética, estaciones de transferencia e instalaciones de eliminación de residuos municipales e industriales.

Buscamos a los futuros líderes de nuestra compañía. Si estás terminando el máster o tienes hasta un año de experiencia profesional, esta es tu oportunidad para formarte y crecer dentro de un programa rotativo que te permitirá conocer en profundidad todos los aspectos de nuestro negocio de Tratamiento.

¿En qué consiste el Programa?

Comenzando en septiembre de 2025 y durante los dos años de duración del programa, participarás en rotaciones por distintas áreas clave del área de Tratamiento. Con cada rotación, ganarás experiencia en procesos y tareas que son fundamentales para el éxito del negocio, preparándote para asumir roles de liderazgo a medida que adquieres habilidades técnicas y estratégicas.

Formación especializada: El programa incluye una formación de posgrado personalizada en colaboración con la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Esto te permitirá profundizar en los conocimientos más avanzados del sector y mejorar tus habilidades profesionales, en un entorno académico de prestigio.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Recién graduados o con experiencia profesional de máximo 1 año en Ingeniería.
  • Título universitario y máster en Ingeniería (Industrial o Minas).
  • Movilidad geográfica nacional, con disposición para trabajar en diferentes ubicaciones del país. Se valorará positivamente tener movilidad internacional.
  • Actitud proactiva y motivación para aprender, con ganas de asumir nuevos desafíos en cada etapa de tu formación.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, esenciales para el éxito en nuestros proyectos.
  • Idiomas: Inglés C1: dominio alto del idioma para interactuar con equipos y clientes internacionales. Se valorará positivamente conocimientos de francés.
  • Se valorará positivamente disponer de vehículo propio.
