Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo en Madrid a un/a Técnico/a Junior para el área de Licitaciones, con interés por la gestión técnica, la sostenibilidad y la transformación urbana.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Análisis de pliegos técnicos y administrativos de licitaciones públicas o privadas.
  • Redacción de memorias técnicas, dimensionamiento de servicios y cálculo de necesidades técnicas (maquinaria, personal, logística…)
  • Colaboración en la preparación de documentación económica: análisis de costes, convenios y recursos materiales/humanos.
  • Coordinación con distintos departamentos técnicos, financieros y jurídicos para construir la mejor oferta posible.
  • Apoyo en la presentación de documentación a través de plataformas electrónicas, garantizando plazos, calidad y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Participación activa en el aprendizaje continuo del equipo: revisiones post-oferta, indicadores de mejora y mejores prácticas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, Civil, de Organización o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de al menos 1 año en oficina técnica o entornos similares.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2); se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Buen dominio de Office (Word, Excel).
  • Se valorará experiencia con herramientas GIS, AutoCAD, o software de planificación/proyectos.
  • Persona con ganas de aprender, proactiva, resolutiva y con capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
