Administrativo de Obra | Ribeirão Preto/SP

Missão do cargo

Garantir a organização e o bom funcionamento das rotinas administrativas do canteiro de obras, contribuindo para o controle de documentos, materiais, recursos financeiros e acessos, além de apoiar a gestão da obra e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos da Urben.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

O que você vai fazer:

  • Organizar, controlar e manter atualizados os documentos dos colaboradores no canteiro de obras;
  • Receber e conferir materiais, notas fiscais e realizar os lançamentos de entrada em sistemas e planilhas de controle;
  • Acompanhar os suprimentos locais, o almoxarifado e os pedidos de compras;
  • Controlar o fluxo de caixa da obra, incluindo fundo fixo, lançamentos de notas fiscais e prestação de contas;
  • Controlar o acesso de funcionários, visitantes e prestadores de serviços ao canteiro;
  • Elaborar e encaminhar relatórios administrativos periódicos para a matriz;
  • Conferir e acompanhar a documentação trabalhista, previdenciária e de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST) de empreiteiros e prestadores de serviços, incluindo PGR, PCMSO, ASOs, Ordens de Serviço e certificados de treinamentos das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs);
  • Verificar a documentação necessária antes da entrada e liberação de empreiteiros e prestadores de serviços na obra;
  • Apoiar as demandas administrativas e contribuir para a organização dos processos do canteiro.

Requisitos e qualificações

O que você precisa ter:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com rotinas administrativas, preferencialmente em canteiros de obras;
  • Conhecimento em controles de documentos, notas fiscais, materiais e planilhas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes equipes;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em informática e pacote Office.

Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Gestão ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão e controles administrativos de obras;
  • Conhecimento em documentação trabalhista, previdenciária e de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Vivência com almoxarifado, suprimentos e prestação de contas.
