Descripción del empleo

Principales actividades:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones del área de monitoreo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Dar seguimiento en tiempo real a incidencias y eventos detectados mediante sistemas GPS, CCTV y plataformas de monitoreo.
  • Liderar y brindar apoyo al equipo de monitoristas, asegurando una adecuada distribución de actividades y el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Elaborar reportes operativos, indicadores de desempeño y análisis de incidencias.
  • Verificar la correcta aplicación de protocolos de seguridad y escalamiento de alertas.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes, operadores y áreas involucradas para la atención y resolución de eventos.
  • Capacitar y dar retroalimentación al personal de nuevo ingreso y al equipo operativo.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las herramientas y sistemas de monitoreo, reportando cualquier anomalía.
  • Gestionar la cobertura del personal y los roles de trabajo para garantizar la continuidad de la operación.
  • Implementar acciones de mejora continua enfocadas en la eficiencia del servicio y la atención al cliente.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) y de las políticas internas de la empresa.

Requisitos

equisitos deseables:

  • Experiencia previa en monitoreo GPS, CCTV o centros de control.
  • Manejo de plataformas de monitoreo y sistemas CRM.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y manejo de personal.
  • Capacidad para la toma de decisiones y resolución de incidencias.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos y bajo presión.
