Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Auxiliar Operativo de Recursos Humanos para brindar soporte a la gestión del personal operativo, realizando actividades de incorporación, inducción, control documental, entrega de uniformes y EPP, así como seguimiento e inspecciones en los diferentes contratos de la compañía.

Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al servicio, con capacidad para realizar seguimiento al personal en campo, identificar necesidades y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos por Recursos Humanos.

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Brindar soporte a la gestión operativa de Recursos Humanos, asegurando una adecuada incorporación, inducción, documentación, dotación y seguimiento del personal operativo, mediante controles e inspecciones en campo que permitan verificar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos y las condiciones establecidas para la prestación del servicio.

REQUISITOS

  • Formación técnica o universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses.
  • Conocimientos básicos de legislación laboral y gestión de documentación del personal.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel y Word.
  • Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de documentación y vencimientos.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Encargado de la elaboración, plastificación y entrega de credenciales al personal operativo.
  • Gestionar la entrega de uniformes y equipos de protección personal (EPP) al personal operativo, asegurando el registro y cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos.
  • Brindar la inducción de Recursos Humanos al personal de nuevo ingreso y coordinar las capacitaciones específicas previas al inicio de labores.
  • Realizar seguimiento a la vigencia y vencimiento de la documentación personal y laboral del personal operativo, incluyendo cédulas de identidad, licencias de conducir, TIAS, carnets sanitarios, pólizas de seguro y otros documentos requeridos por los clientes.
  • Realizar inspecciones en los contratos para verificar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de Recursos Humanos relacionados con higiene personal, presentación, uso adecuado de uniforme y demás disposiciones internas.
  • Realizar el seguimiento en campo del personal de nuevo ingreso, verificando su adaptación al puesto, cumplimiento de funciones, condiciones del servicio y efectividad de la inducción y capacitaciones recibidas.
  • Identificar necesidades de capacitación durante las inspecciones en campo y coordinar su ejecución con el Monitor SMS, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros y respaldos correspondientes a las actividades realizadas y reportar oportunamente las novedades identificadas a su jefe inmediato.
  • Ejecutar otras actividades relacionadas con el cargo que le sean encomendadas por su jefe inmediato.
