  • Identify ergonomic risk factors (e.g., force, repetition, awkward postures, contact stress, vibration) using recognized assessment tools and methods.
  • Recommend and help implement ergonomic design improvements, equipment, tools, and work practice changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations on the design and review of new processes, workstations, and tools to ensure ergonomic principles are integrated upfront.
  • Support job task analysis and physical demand descriptions.
  • Develop and deliver ergonomic training and awareness programs for employees and supervisors.

Program Management & Collaboration

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics programs.
  • Work cross‑functionally with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HR, and Occupational Health to align health and ergonomics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and presentations for leadership, documenting findings, risk levels, and recommended actions.

Qualifications

Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including training and coaching.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions

  • Combination of office and industrial/production environments.
  • Regular presence on shop floors, laboratories, and field locations; use of appropriate PPE as required.
  • May involve occasional lifting, standing, or working in varied postures during assessments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
