Job Description

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la cartera de cuentas por cobrar de Argentina.
  • Realizar el monitoreo, conciliación y análisis de saldos de clientes.
  • Ejecutar acciones de cobranza preventiva y correctiva asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago.
  • Mantener contacto permanente con clientes, equipo comercial y áreas administrativas para la resolución de incidencias relacionadas con pagos y créditos.
  • Analizar indicadores de cobranzas, mora y antigüedad de saldos, proponiendo acciones para mejorar los resultados.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos para gerencia y casa matriz sobre desempeño de cobranzas y situación crediticia de los clientes.
  • Participar en la evaluación y seguimiento de límites de crédito y condiciones comerciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos administrativos y de cobranzas, impulsando iniciativas de automatización, eficiencia, mejora continua y control.
  • Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas e Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar procesos, análisis de información y generación de reportes.

Se valorará

  • Formación universitaria o terciaria en Administración, Ciencias Económicas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia previa en posiciones de Cobranzas, Créditos, Finanzas, Administración o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento de indicadores financieros y de gestión de cartera.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión (ERP). Se valorará experiencia con Oracle o similares.
  • Experiencia en automatización de procesos administrativos y financieros.
  • Conocimientos o experiencia en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial, Power BI, Excel u otras soluciones de análisis y automatización de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples sociedades, unidades de negocio o estructuras regionales.
