1) bieżące porządkowanie akt spraw, 2) przygotowywanie projektów pism przewodnich, zawiadomień, aneksów lub wezwań do uzupełnienia braków pod nadzorem starszych stażem urzędników, 3)prowadzenie rejestrów umów zawieranych przez Referat Inwestycji Infrastruktury i Zamówień Publicznych z wykonawcami, inspektorami nadzoru czy projektantami. przyjmowanie zgłoszeń składanych prze: mieszkańców w formie telefoniczney lub osobistej bezpośrednio do Referatu, umawianie spotkań, obsługa narad z wykonawcami, odbieranie telefonów i udzielanie podstawowych informacji interesantom lub wykonawcom (lub kierowanie ich do właściwych pracowników merytorycznych Referatu), wprowadzanie danych finansowych i rzeczowych do wewnętrznych systemów Urzędu w celu przygotowywania sprawozdań z realizacji inwestycji, monitoring realizacji wydatków w ramach funduszu soleckiego, kompletowanie dokumentacji rozliczeniowej: zbieranie faktur, rachunków oraz protokołów odbioru i przygotowywanie ich do zatwierdzenia przez kierownika Referatu lub pracownika merytorycznego, bieżqcy kontakt z sołtysami w celach informacyjnych o statusie realizacji zadań z funduszu soleckiego, prowadzenie dokumentacji zgodnie z obowiązującą instrukcją kancelaryjną oraz jednolitym rzeczowym wykazem akt, archiwizowanie wytworzonej dokumentacji i jej przekazywanie do archiwum zakładowego, wykonywanie innych czynności zleconych przez bezpośredniego przełożonego.
