1.Prowadszenie spraw zwiazanych z zakładaniem, prowadzeniem i utrzymaniem Żłobków. 2.Opracowywanie propozycji do budżetu z zakresu oświaty, sportu i turystyki. 3.Kontrola i nadzór organizacji i funkcjonowania gminnych żłobków. 4.Organizacja dowozu dzieci niepełnosprawnych do przedszkoli i szkół specjalnych i ośrrodków rehabilitacyjno-wychowawczych. 5.Organizacja imprez i wydarzeń kulturalnych, których gmina jest organizatorem lub jej uczestnictwo jest elementem polityki regionalnej. 6.
