Prowadzenie spraw związanych ze zbywaniem nieruchomości stanowiących własność Gminy Miasta Augustów w drodze przetargowej oraz bezprzetargowej, w tym przygotowywanie wykazów, ogłoszeń o przetargach oraz protokołów z rokowań i przetargów itp.; Podejmowanie działań zapobiegających zasiedzeniu mienia komunalnego przez osoby trzecie, ujawnianie przypadków bezumownego korzystania z gruntów gminnych oraz inicjowanie procedur zmierzających do przerwania biegu zasiedzenia; Prowadzenie spraw związanych z ustalaniem opłat adiacenckich z tytułu wzrostu wartości nieruchomości w wyniku wybudowania urządzeń infrastruktury technicznej; Pełnienie zastępstwa za Kierownika Wydziału Gospodarki Nieruchomościami.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Inżynier geodeta - kataster i gospodarka nieruchomościami zawód - Administrator nieruchomości język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły minimum 3 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze związanym z gospodarką nieruchomościami, obrotem nieruchomościami lub obsługą prawno – dokumentacyjną transakcji, np: praca w administracji publicznej (samorządowej lub rządowej) w komórkach zajmujących się gospodarką nieruchomościami, w kancelarii notarialnej lub w firmach/instytucjach zajmujących się pośrednictwem lub wyceną nieruchomości; Umiejętności: znajomość ustaw: o gospodarce nieruchomościami, o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym, Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne, Kodeks cywilny; o księgach wieczystych i hipotece., Dodatkowo znajomość ustaw: o finansach publicznych, o samorządzie gminnym, o pracownikach samorządowych, przepisy dotyczące ochrony danych osobowych, Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego.
