  • prowadzenie biura w pracach administracyjno - kadrowych,
  • zarządzanie bazą danych kierowców,
  • zgłaszanie kierowców do Urzędu Pracy,ITD,Zus,Urzędu Wojewódzkiego w celu otrzymaniawymaganych zaświadczeń , świadectw , zezwoleń do wykonywania pracy kierowcy przez osoby z Ukrainy , Białorusi i innych państw,
  • przygotowanie dokumentów kadrowych oraz prowadzenia teczek pracowniczych,
  • wprowadzanie i aktualizowanie danych pracowników, (20-30 osób),
  • ewidencjonowanie kierowców pod kątem urlopów i przepracowanych dni,
  • tworzenie raportów i zestawień dotyczących wykonanych transportów,
  • administrowanie dokumentacją transportową,
  • współpraca z działem transportu i firmami zewnętrznymi,
  • archiwizowanie dokumentów przewozowych oraz kontrola ich kompletności,
  • bieżąca współpraca z partnerami firmy w zakresie obsługi logistycznej,
  • terminowe raportowanie i tworzenie zestawień wykonanych transportów,
  • monitorowanie należności od kontrachentów.
