· Composes detailed correspondence that effectively describe concerns, required changes to make the study approvable, and the rationale for the decisions and requested changes for studies that are determined to be no greater than minimal risk.

· Analyzes and evaluates investigators’ response to changes requested by the IRB and advises whether the requirements for IRB approval have been met.

· Serves as a point of contact for questions, and for decision-making and problem-solving for day-to-day IRB operations including the resolution of technical problems and questions of IRB investigators and study personnel.

· Develops and maintains awareness and knowledge of current changes within legal, regulatory, and technology environments that may affect operations. Ensures senior management and staff are informed of any changes and updates in a timely manner.

· Establishes and maintains an appropriate network of professional contacts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
