User Rights setzt sich für den Schutz von Grundrechten auf Social Media ein. Wenn Inhalte zu Unrecht gesperrt oder verbotene Inhalte nicht gelöscht werden, unterstützt User Rights bei der Durchsetzung dieser Rechte.

Als Deutschlands erste unabhängige Streitbeilegungsstelle für Social-Media-Plattformen gestalten wir den rechtlichen Rahmen des digitalen Raums aktiv mit – und tragen so zum Schutz von Grundrechten und Demokratie im Internet bei.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Streitschlichter:innen, die das erste juristische Staatsexamen abgeschlossen haben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Entscheidung über Streitfälle: Du bewertest rechtlich komplexe Beschwerdeverfahren nach dem Digital Services Act, entwickelst Lösungsansätze und verfasst begründete Schlichtungsvorschläge. Im Rahmen der Entscheidungsfindung bist du jederzeit frei von Weisungen.
  • Rechtliche Beurteilung: Deine Entscheidungen berücksichtigen das nationale Recht, Unionsrecht, verschiedene nationale und europäische Grundrechte und weitere relevante Rechtsgebiete.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem hochqualifizierten Team: Du arbeitest mit Jurist:innen, Tech-Expert:innen und internationalen Partnern an innovativen Verfahren.
  • Entwicklung und Anwendung eigener Technologien: Unsere Verfahren werden durch eine einzigartige Plattform abgebildet, die das gesamte prozessuale Verfahren mit der juristischen Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung effizient kombiniert.

Dein Profil

  • Zweites juristisches Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Fundiertes Interesse an digitalen Grundrechten, Plattformregulierung und internationalem Medienrecht.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Sorgfalt und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C2), hervorragendes Englisch und/oder Französisch (mind. C1).
