USG Professionals is momenteel op zoek naar een Aankoper!

  • Nauw overleg met projectleiding en directie over de benodigdheden en diensten, van begin tot eind van het project.
  • Aanvragen en evalueren van offertes op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en levertijden.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste voorwaarden te realiseren voor alle betrokken partijen.
  • Opstellen van overeenkomsten en bestellingen, in samenwerking met de projectverantwoordelijke en eventueel de juridische afdeling.
  • Intensieve samenwerking met de offertedienst en centrale inkoop voor kennisuitwisseling, kostenbeheer en beoordeling van leveranciers.
  • Afgestudeerd als industrieel ingenieur in bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar niveau.
  • Uitstekend in staat om analytisch te denken en effectief te communiceren.
  • Goede kennis van bouwtechnieken en oog voor kostenbewaking.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen de bouwsector is essentieel.
