The posting

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een freelance Credit Controller voor een internationale onderneming die technische producten en oplossingen voor de bouwsector ontwikkelt en produceert.

Je vervangt een collega tijdens haar zwangerschapsverlof.

De opdracht draait om de dagelijkse klantenboekhouding: facturen verwerken, klanten bellen over openstaande betalingen, kredietnota's opvolgen en informatie afstemmen met andere afdelingen.

Je sluit aan bij een boekhoudafdeling van acht medewerkers, onder begeleiding van de hoofdboekhouder.

Binnen de klantenopvolging werk je rechtstreeks samen met een collega.

TAKENPAKKET

Facturatie en klantenboekhouding

  • Je werkt mee aan de massafacturatie en de administratieve verwerking binnen de klantenboekhouding. Het gaat om grote aantallen facturen. Je moet dus graag met volumes werken, zorgvuldig blijven en zicht houden op wat nog verwerkt of opgevolgd moet worden.

Openstaande betalingen

  • Je volgt openstaande facturen op, verstuurt aanmaningen en belt klanten.
  • Je bespreekt waarom een betaling nog openstaat en wat nodig is voor de verdere opvolging. Wanneer je daarvoor informatie van een andere afdeling nodig hebt, neem je intern contact op.
  • Telefoneren is een vast onderdeel van de opdracht. Je voelt je comfortabel om een klant over een onbetaalde factuur aan te spreken en opnieuw contact op te nemen wanneer het dossier nog niet afgerond is.

Klantenkredieten en kredietnota's

  • Je ondersteunt de opvolging van klantenkredieten en de administratie die daarbij hoort.
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan de verwerking van kredietnota's. Je volgt de interne procedures en stemt met je collega's af wanneer iets verduidelijking vraagt.
  • Een administratieve, economische of financiële opleiding
  • Ervaring met financiële administratie, facturatie, klantenboekhouding of debiteurenopvolging, waardoor je dagelijkse dossiers zelfstandig kan behandelen.
  • Inzicht in facturen, betalingen, openstaande posten en kredietnota's.
  • Je verwerkt grote factuurvolumes nauwkeurig, stelt prioriteiten en houdt overzicht over de nodige opvolging.
  • Je belt vlot naar klanten en bespreekt openstaande betalingen vriendelijk, duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Je ziet werk liggen, neemt initiatief en vraagt ontbrekende informatie op bij andere afdelingen.
  • Je bent leergierig, werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen en maakt je interne procedures eigen.
  • Je zoekt een operationele opdracht met eigen dossieropvolging en ondersteuning van het boekhoudteam.
